Appointment Request

NEW CLIENTS

Yes, we ARE accepting New Clients and Patients and look forward to the opportunity to serve you and your furry family members! In order to schedule a New Patient visit, please call us at 414-375-4165. We will collect some basic information about you and your pet and find a day and time that works best for you. 

We do require an $80 New Client deposit prior to your visit, which will be applied to the Exam Fee at your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, as long as you do this at least 1 business day in advance, it is fully refundable. If you cancel the same day or do not show for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. 

We will also need to receive your pet’s prior veterinary records and a completed New Client/Patient form at least one business day prior to your visit so we can review this information and plan ahead for your pet’s visit. This information will be texted to you in advance.
